NIC FOX
Nic is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Europa Capital, and Fund Manager of the Pan-European fund series. Before joining Europa Capital in 2007, Nic was a Managing Principal and member of the Investment Committee at Westbrook Partners, where he was responsible for asset management and new acquisitions in Europe. Before Westbrook, Nic gained 10 years’ experience in property management, leasing and investment in UK from 1981, becoming Partner at Healey & Baker (now part of Cushman & Wakefield) where he ran the Dusseldorf office from 1991 to 1996, before returning to London where he established the firm’s International Investment Division. Nic is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and received a BSc in Urban Land Administration from the University of Portsmouth (England).
ADRIAN BENEDICT
Adrian is Head of Real Estate Solutions responsible for capital markets, fund structuring and developing bespoke client solutions. He leads Fidelity's initiatives around Single Data Platform and 'Frictionless' Investment in Illiquid Assets. Adrian is a member of Fidelity Real Estate's senior management. Adrian has 23 years experience in real estate finance with extensive experience of advising on and structuring real estate products for international investors.
