CATHY MARCUS

Cathy Marcus is a managing director, global chief operating officer and head of the U.S. equity business at PGIM Real Estate. Based in Madison, New Jersey, she is responsible for overseeing PGIM Real Estate’s business and investment operations globally, and for the development and implementation of PGIM Real Estate’s equity strategy and operations in the United States, including oversight of U.S. portfolio and asset management. Cathy is a member of the Global Management Council, the Global and U.S. Investment Committees, the Global Operating Council, the Global Product Committee and the Valuation Committee.

KATIE VAZ

Katie Vaz, equity owner and Managing Director, is an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Lion Properties Fund and a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Katie shares responsibility for all facets of Fund management including acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and investor communications. Previously, she served as a portfolio manager for three of Clarion’s separate account portfolios and also spent several years as a portfolio management associate for Clarion’s multifamily fund. Prior to focusing on portfolio management, she was an asset manager of office product in the New York tri-state and Florida markets. Katie joined Clarion in 2005 and has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry..
