Venue and supplier negotiations: Our long history of dealing with venues and suppliers enables us to secure the best rates and deals for our clients. We negotiate on your behalf to make sure you’re not only getting the best prices, but to also make sure you’re not being oversold for unnecessary equipment and services.
On-site event management: We work our magic in the background so that everything runs on time, dealing with venue staff and key suppliers so that you can spend more time networking.
Mobile App: We were one of the first event organisers to switch to a paperless, mobile event App over a decade ago. We know a thing or two about which Apps work, how to build them, and, most importantly, how to manage them on the day. Live polling, attendee messaging, and speaker feedback are just some of the interactive elements we can bring to your event, helping to boost audience engagement and participation.
Table seating: One of the most underappreciated aspects of event management, getting your table seating just right can take days. We can develop a fully customised seating plan within hours, taking into account key seating requests to make sure the right people are sitting next to each other.
Badge and place card printing: The time-consuming process of printing, preparing and sorting your name badges and place cards typically occurs at the 11th hour. Simply provide us with a final list of your attendees, and we’ll take care of everything for you.
